Sunvalley Communication is a DBA registered in the State of Arizona with offices in Chandler, Arizona. Sunvalley Communications makes no claims that the Service provided is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States, the European Union, Canada, and/or Switzerland. Access to the Service may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States and/or the European Union, Canada, and/or Switzerland, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the country or territory where you reside.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Arizona, without respect to its conflict of laws or choice of laws principles.

You agree that any legal proceeding against Sunvalley related to the Service shall be filed and tried only in the State or Federal Courts of Arizona, with venue exclusively in Maricopa County.

Violations
If you violate any terms of this Agreement, your permission to use the Service and the Web site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the materials contained herein.
Termination

The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Binding Agreement, Copyright and Trademarks, No Warranty, Limitation on Liability; Limited Remedies, Indemnity, Governing Law; Jurisdiction, Privacy and Complete Agreement.
Complete Agreement
